Chaka means “King” in South Africa, and the name fits.  He is strong, regal, courageous, intelligent and confident.  He is somewhat reserved with strangers and very loyal to the family.  He also has a playful side; almost catlike in the way he crouches and pounces on Nala, extremely powerful, yet gentle when he plays with our son.  One of his new favorite things to do is chase the mini-bike when ridden.  It’s amazing to see how quick and agile he is for his size.
